Here are a few questions we get asked every once in a while.
I most certainly will! I will do birthdays, corporate events, baby showers, bachelorette/bachelor parties, and any other type of event that needs help planning.
I am based out of Southern California, so many of my events have been in Orange County, LA, and San Diego. I will travel almost anywhere with an additional travel fee, and out-of-state events require air travel and hotel accommodations.
I personally LOVE venue coordinators. They are so helpful and accommodating; however, venue coordinators are there for the venue (taking care of things like drawing up your venue contracts, organizing menu tastings, and monitoring your payments), while event coordinators are there for the couple (helping with set up, making sure everything runs according to their specific timeline, etc.). While a venue coordinator and event coordinator are both very important, they just serve very different purposes. Many venues even require couples to have a wedding coordinator on site. Make sure you read your contract and talk with your venue to see what they will be doing for you.
No, our initial consultation is FREE. I want us to take this time to get to know each other, as well as ensure that we are the best fit for your needs. I also want to make sure that you trust me to be able to take all the stress out of your planning for your big day.
All Exceptionally Yours coordinators and assistants will arrive in professional dark-colored attire unless otherwise stated.
No, we do not receive any type of kickbacks or fees from any of our vendors. We refer these vendors because we love working with them and can trust them to do a fantastic job.
